At first it all started as a joke at my house Laughing .  Then the subject matter became more serious and there wasn't anymore laughing.  Sad

My family has come up with the idea for me to wear a helmet  Shocked because of my syncope.  They are worried about me having a brain injury.  BUT A HELMET??????? Embarassed

What ideas have others come up with to help protect themselves from getting hurt?

Wearing a helmet 24-7 would not be the most fun solutioin.  Embarassed

You could pad corners of furniture so that there are less sharp points to fall on and get hurt by.

I don't have many suggestions.  I hope you can find some solutions.

people tell me that all the time too!!! lol... in fact while i was in the marine corps they gave me some "pass out protection" that was a bicycle helmet. they wanted to make me wear a kevlar all the time but uh... they didn't make me. thank goodness. i have just made myself become more aware of my surroundings and stand where if i fainted i don't get hurt.
